Children's Wisconsin is seeking a program coordinator to support grant objectives and deliverables. You will provide trainings, information and referral services to families of children with special health care needs, acting as a regional consultant for best practices in medical home quality improvement.

You will collaborate with health system partners, promote outreach strategies, and maintain knowledge of regional resources to support diverse families across southeast Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience in healthcare, public health, or nonprofit work.
• Experience with grant coordination and program delivery is a plus.
