Job summary

Navy Region Southeast Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) is seeking a CYP Operations Clerk to support child and youth programs at Kings Bay. You will manage waitlists, enrollments, records, and parent fees across multiple programs, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth operations.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to coordinate with families and program staff, and compliance with background checks and DoD requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of administrative support functions.
• Knowledge of general office automation software and procedures.
• Knowledge of military CYP, USDA Food Programs.
• Ability to maintain a computerized database and CYMS or equivalent system.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains reports and financial data for CYP components.
• Manages waitlists and enrollment paperwork.
• Liaises with families and programs regarding policies and fees.
• Collects and records fees and monitors supplies.
• Performs front desk duties and provides information to patrons.
• Ensures compliance with background checks and DoD requirements.
