Job summary

Superior Forge & Steel Corporation is hiring a Cylindrical Grinder Operator in New Castle, PA. You will set up and operate a grinder to finish forged rolls to blueprint specifications, ensuring tight tolerances and maintaining records.

The role offers an hourly wage up to $30+ with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and additional earning opportunities through the Production Incentive Bonus Program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous machining experience required
• Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment and/or heavy machinery required
• Must be able to read/interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

The Grinder Operator is a member of our Machining Department responsible for operating a grinding machine to finish our forged rolls to customer specifications. Based on experience, earn up to $30+ per hour for a starting wage!! $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS(paid in increments throughout the first year of continued employment). AND the opportunity earn even more money per hour with our Production Incentive Bonus Program!
