Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Cylinder Processor in Hahnville, LA. You will process medical and industrial gas cylinders following established guidelines, performing inspections and ensuring accurate documentation for inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year in a plant or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical background is preferred.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process medical and industrial gas cylinders using established guidelines and procedures.
• Conduct cylinder inspections to determine need for retesting or repairs via visual, physical, and odor tests before filling.
• Check cylinder quantities, styles and product; fill necessary product and load/unload from weekly shuttle truck.
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and associated equipment.
• Prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork; track quantities, styles, and products in the computer for inventory control.
• Complete and maintain quality control documentation per company and governmental procedures; operate forklift and other plant vehicles.
