Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process medical and industrial gas cylinders using established guidelines and procedures.
• Conduct cylinder inspections to determine need for retesting or repairs via visual, physical, and odor tests before filling.
• Check cylinder quantities, styles and product; fill necessary product and load/unload from weekly shuttle truck.
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and associated equipment.
• Prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork; track quantities, styles, and products in the computer for inventory control.
• Complete and maintain quality control documentation per company and governmental procedures; operate forklift and other plant vehicles.

Role Responsibilities

• This role requires you to process medical and industrial gas cylinders using established plant guidelines and procedures
• You will conduct cylinder inspections to determine need for retesting or repairs through visual, physical, and odor tests before filling
• Check for cylinder quantities, styles and product, and fill any necessary product. Load and unload product from weekly shuttle truck
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and associated equipment
• Further, you will prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork for shipment and keys into the computer the quantities, styles and products filled in order to justify the stock inventory
• Complete and maintain quality control documentation as per company and Governmental procedures, and operate a forklift truck and other plant vehicles

What Makes You Great

• You have more than one (1+) year experience in plant or manufacturing environment
• A strong mechanical background is desired
• You must possess good leadership, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
