Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Cylinder Processor to operate and maintain gas cylinder processing lines on the 1st shift.

You will process medical and industrial cylinders according to established guidelines and perform inspections to ensure quality before filling. The role requires a high school diploma and 1+ year in a manufacturing environment, plus a mechanical mindset and solid problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in plant/manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical background preferred.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process medical and industrial gas cylinders following plant guidelines.
• Inspect cylinders to determine retesting or repairs via visual, physical, and odor tests.
• Check cylinder quantities, styles, and products; load/unload weekly shuttle.
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and equipment.
• Prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork; update stock in the system.
• Complete quality control documentation and operate forklift and other vehicles.
