This role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in manufacturing, and a strong mechanical background with leadership and problem-solving skills. You will operate forklifts, maintain scales, and ensure quality documentation while contributing to a team committed to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in a plant/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical background is desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process medical and industrial gas cylinders following established guidelines and procedures.
• Conduct cylinder inspections via visual, physical, and odor tests before filling.
• Check cylinder quantities, styles and product; fill as needed and load/unload weekly shuttle.
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and related equipment.
• Prepare transfer orders and paperwork; record quantities, styles and products for inventory control.
• Complete and maintain quality control documentation per company and governmental procedures; operate forklift and other plant vehicles.
