Job summary

Linde plc is seeking candidates for a manufacturing/plant role in Louisiana. You will process gas cylinders, conduct inspections, and manage loading/unloading operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience in plant or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical background; leadership, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process medical and industrial gas cylinders following established plant guidelines and procedures.
• Conduct cylinder inspections to determine retesting or repairs needs via visual, physical, and odor tests before filling.
• Check cylinder quantities, styles and product; load and unload product from weekly shuttle truck.
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and associated equipment.
• Prepare warehouse transfer orders and related paperwork; input quantities, styles and products into the computer for stock inventory justification.
• Complete and maintain quality control documentation per company and governmental procedures; operate forklift and other plant vehicles.
