Responsibilities

• Inspect cylinders before filling to determine retesting or repairs.
• Perform cylinder conversions and repair valves.
• Operate hydrostatic and ultrasonic cylinder testers.
• Maintain required certifications to certify cylinders as retested.
• Operate a forklift to support material handling.
• Receive cylinders, diagnose leaks, and repair cylinder neck leaks.
• Identify defective cylinders and scrap when appropriate.
• Paint, clean and perform light maintenance to keep a safe workspace.
