Job summary

Arc3 Gases, Inc. is seeking a Cylinder Technician to refurbish and maintain our cylinder fleet across Virginia locations. You will load/unload, inspect cylinders, perform painting and testing, and complete required paperwork to track production.

This role requires safety-conscious work with heavy cylinders, basic reading/writing, and a willingness to learn all duties. A high school diploma is preferred, and forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing skills required.
• Willingness to learn all work duties required to refurbish cylinders.
• High school diploma is preferred.
• Forklift license preferred.
• Computer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks as directed.
• Assess cylinders and determine necessary actions needed for redeployment.
• Perform cylinder maintenance activities (cylinder painting, testing, etc.) as directed.
• Complete required paperwork for maintaining/retesting cylinders.
• Complete required paperwork to track production.
• Work with a variety of hand tools.
• Comply with safety regulations and requirements as instructed.
• Ensure work area is well maintained and clean to present a company image of "excellence."
• Present a professional image in appearance always.
• Attend training as required.
• Support fellow members of the Cylinder Services team and perform other related duties as required.
