Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Mental Health, is seeking a Human Services Coordinator II (CYF Case Manager Supervisor) for the Metro Boston area to supervise CYF case managers and oversee service delivery for youth in DMH community programs.

The role focuses on coordination across DMH contracts, collaboration with community providers, and ensuring recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care for youth and families while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling or related field.
• At least four years of full-time or equivalent part-time case management experience.
• Experience with youth-serving community mental health systems.
• Ability to travel for job-related purposes.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise case managers and attend treatment team meetings.
• Assist clients to obtain needed services for community transition.
• Process referrals and documentation to transition cases to DMH.
• Monitor utilization and report to CYF leadership.
• Oversee non-case managed CYF clients.
• Provide risk management for authorized youth.
• Collaborate with community providers and youth-serving agencies.
• Educate partners about DMH services and criteria.
