The New Wheel in Oakland is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate who loves cycling and helping customers find the best gear and services for their rides. You will work in a fast-paced, friendly environment, learn product details, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, educating on bicycles and accessories, processing transactions, and maintaining store presentation. No direct bike shop experience required—we train you.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies.
• Install vehicle rack systems and perform safety checks.
• Describe merchandise and demonstrate use and care.
• Inventory stock and prepare merchandise for purchase or rental.
• Sell or arrange insurance, financing, or service contracts for merchandise.
