Responsibilities

• Become intimately familiar with each event and the Bike Monkey brand.
• Produce draft posts, captions, graphics, and short videos for event accounts.
• Submit content for review before publishing.
• Maintain a steady posting rhythm across all channels year-round.
• Respond to DMs and comments in the Bike Monkey voice.
• Assist with answering event-related customer inquiries.
• Cross-post content to niche platforms like Strava and Reddit.
• Build stories from event photo/video libraries.
• Travel to event weekends, capture media, and publish on-site.
