Job summary

FloSports is seeking a Content Creator to lead FloBikes’ day-to-day content strategy and execution. You will turn live cycling events, athletes, and storylines into engaging content that grows audiences and drives subscriptions.

Bring deep cycling knowledge and strong social-video instincts to identify moments, clip in real time, and publish across platforms. Expect collaboration across FloSports teams to amplify events and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of professional cycling including athletes, teams and events.
• Strong experience creating social-first sports content, especially short-form video.
• Ability to identify compelling moments from live events and turn them into engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day social content strategy and execution for FloBikes.
• Create content plans around live programming to drive viewership and subscriptions.
• Identify narratives before major events and build content to entice fans to watch.
• Cover live events in real time by clipping and publishing content across social platforms.
• Maximize the live event library by turning replays into highlights and other formats.
• Manage FloBikes social channels and day-to-day editorial decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, production, rights, sales and other teams.
