CycleBar is seeking a General Manager for our state-of-the-art location in Kildeer. Our General Managers are passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience. They prioritize driving sales and revenue within the studio.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Meeting studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach and lead generation.
  2. Building relationships with prospective and current members to foster loyalty and retention.
  3. Leading and managing staff schedules and supervising the CBX team.
  4. Maintaining studio cleanliness and organization.
  5. Participating in community events and managing marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  6. Coaching and training staff on hospitality and sales tactics.
  7. Setting and working toward monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets.
  8. Driving referral business through ambassador programs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years in retail/service sales or fitness sales.
  • Ability to generate personal sales and train others in sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in managing memberships and retail revenue streams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
  • Passion for fitness and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and studio management software.
