Qualifications

• Strong math skills and the ability to count confidently across units, cases, and pallets.

• Ability to safely operate a cherry picker/order picker after required training.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English to follow instructions and communicate with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and recounts accurately throughout the shift.
• Verify item numbers, locations, quantities, and units of measure.
• Use computers, handheld scanners, and the warehouse management system to enter counts and review inventory information.
• Identify discrepancies, misplaced products, damaged inventory, and labeling issues.
• Use problem-solving skills to investigate discrepancies and escalate when needed.
• Safely operate a cherry picker/order picker to access elevated inventory.
• Maintain an organized work area and follow warehouse safety procedures.
• Cross-train in other departments and provide coverage as workflow requires.
