Job summary

Ranpak in Concord Township, OH is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to support cycle counting, verification in WMS/ERP, and data entry for adjustments. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year in inventory control, cycle counting, warehouse, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Ability to analyze inventory data and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with ERP or WMS is preferred; forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.
• Verify inventory quantities and locations within WMS/ERP systems.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by researching transactions and documentation.
• Analyze variances and communicate findings to management.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform data entry for adjustments.
• Support warehouse operations and ensure proper labeling and storage of products.
• Assist with physical inventories and year-end audits, and monitor for process improvements.
