Job summary

Ranpak in Concord Township, OH is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to support cycle counting, verification in WMS/ERP, and data entry for adjustments. You will investigate discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and labeling throughout the shift.

The role requires at least a year in inventory/warehouse functions, strong detail orientation, and proficiency with Excel and ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year in inventory control, cycle counting, warehouse, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and records.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Ability to analyze inventory data and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and in a team.
Experience with ERP or WMS is preferred; forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.
Verify inventory quantities and locations within WMS/ERP systems.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by researching transactions and documentation.
Analyze variances and communicate findings to management.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform data entry for adjustments.
Support warehouse operations and ensure proper labeling and storage of products.
Assist with physical inventories and year-end audits, and monitor for process improvements.
