Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, cycle counting, warehouse or manufacturing operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with numbers and basic math.
• Able to read and understand inventory records, labels and work instructions.
• Ability to identify and investigate discrepancies.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts of raw materials and inventory.
• Physically count and verify materials throughout the facility.
• Compare physical inventory counts against system records and identify discrepancies.
• Investigate inventory variances and help determine the cause of discrepancies.
• Accurately record inventory adjustments and maintain detailed documentation.
• Track the movement, location, and quantities of raw materials.
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with receiving, material identification, labeling, and organization as needed.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and ensure materials are properly identified.
• Follow company safety procedures and inventory control processes.
