Job summary

Ranpak is seeking an Inventory Control professional to manage cycle counts, verify quantities in ERP/WMS, and resolve discrepancies in a first-shift warehouse role in Concord Township, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and inventory systems.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, assisting with physical inventories, and supporting continuous improvements in inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of inventory control, cycle counting, warehouse, or related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze inventory data.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ensure products are properly labeled and stored in designated warehouse locations.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Support warehouse operations as needed, including material handling and inventory-related projects.

Job description

Location: Concord Township, Ohio
Shift: First Shift (Day Shift)
Department: Warehouse / Inventory Control
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor or Inventory Control Manager

Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
Schedule
  • First Shift

  • Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.
