Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Cycle Counter to maintain accurate inventory across manufacturing and warehouse sites in Streetsboro, Ohio. This hands-on role performs routine cycle counts, verifies quantities, and documents findings in the ERP system.

The position collaborates with Materials, Production, Receiving, Shipping, and Purchasing to ensure ERP reflects physical stock and supports audits. High attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently following established procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners and standard workplace tech.
• Experience working cross-functionally with materials, production and logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365 BC, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and ad hoc cycle counts as per the program.
• Physically count materials, WIP, and finished goods accurately.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, UOM, labels, and locations.
• Document findings and report discrepancies for action.
• Support wall-to-wall inventories and annual audits.
• Follow FIFO and maintain accurate, timely ERP records.
