Job summary

Igloo Products Corp is seeking a dedicated Cycle Counter for our warehouse and manufacturing environments in the United States. You will perform daily cycle counts, audit inventory, and prepare detailed audit reports to support accurate stock control.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of cycle counting experience, proficiency in Excel/Oracle, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This role requires standing for long periods and operating forklifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Experience: One year cycle counting experience.
• English language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Able to use fractions and percentages.
• Physical Demands: Stand and walk for 8 hrs.; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work environment: Warehouse is hot and humid in summer months, cold in winter months.
• Ability to operate a stand-up or order picker forklift.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Access.
• Previous experience using Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and enter data into Oracle system.
• Monitor inventory integrity and identify material transaction details in Oracle.
• Maintain product identification, location, and inventory movement accuracy.
• Research inventory discrepancies and coordinate with operations to resolve issues.
• Move products, segregate inventory, and weigh materials to determine quantity on hand.
• Track non-conforming product and document findings.
• Perform scheduled audits and report results to supervisors.
• Operate forklift as required.
