Job summary

Igloo Products Corp is seeking an Inventory/Cycle Count Associate to perform daily cycle counts in the warehouse and manufacturing area, entering data into Oracle and auditing inventory accuracy.

You will monitor material transactions, resolve discrepancies with various departments, and maintain proper product identification and storage locations. Forklift operation and safety training are required as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year cycle counting experience.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficient.
• Math: add, subtract, multiply, divide; fractions and percentages.
• Stand/walk 8 hrs; lift up to 50 lbs; work in hot/cold environments.
• Warehouse is hot and humid in summer, cold in winter.
• Operate stand-up or order picker forklift.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and input data into the Oracle system.
• Monitor inventory integrity via Oracle; review material transactions and cycles.
• Maintain product identification and locator accuracy across areas.
• Research inventory discrepancies; coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Move products and weigh materials to determine quantity on hand.
• Track non-conforming product and update system transfers.
• Conduct scheduled audits of receiving, put-away, shipping, and scrap; report results to supervisors.
• Consolidate data and communicate with all departments; ensure processes are followed.
• Operate pallet jack and forklifts; maintain safety training.
