Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Cycle Counter I to support warehouse inventory accuracy at our facility in North Carolina. You will perform daily counts, investigate discrepancies, and generate reports in line with the cycle count program and corporate policy.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, knowledge of basic inventory control, familiarity with SAP and Excel, and the ability to operate a forklift. Overtime may be required evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Understanding of basic inventory control procedures.
• Knowledge of SAP or equivalent systems preferred.
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift (previous experience preferred).
• Basic math and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse inventory counts with high accuracy.
• Count numerous items daily to validate inventory accuracy and system integrity.
• Adhere to cycle count procedures and corporate policies.
• Research inventory discrepancies and prepare reports.
• Inspect products and record damaged items; support investigations and corrective actions.
• Assist with audits and receipts of inventory.
