Eaton Corporation in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Cycle Counter - 1st Shift to join our Supply Chain team. The role supports cycle counting and inventory accuracy, using SAP, in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The hourly rate is $20.80 and overtime may be required.

Responsibilities include identifying root causes of errors, improving material flow, and working with forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Benefits include health, vacation, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Cycle Counter - 1st Shift (Supply Chain) to join our team on Badger Dr. in Waukesha, WI!

The hourly rate for this position is $20.80 per hour.

The core hours are 7 am - 3 pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you’ll do:

• Achieve demonstration/performing levels of cycle counting metrics per OpA requirements.

• Contribute suggestions for methods or product improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all environmental, health, safety rules and regulations, and work instructions.

• Assist receiving dock and production material handling as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent from an accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of forklift and SAP experience
• Previous material assurance/kitting experience

Skills:

• Must be able to walk/stand/sit for an 8 hour shift with or without reasonable accommodations
• Basic understanding of SAP.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 LBS; bend, twist, grab, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, use both hands to lift and lower materials, and perform all other essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
