Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Material Handler - 1st Shift in South Milwaukee, WI. The position offers $22.50 per hour, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, with weekly pay and shift premiums. Benefits start day one, including health, holidays, retirement, parental leave, and educational assistance.

Responsibilities include material flow coordination, forklift operation, assembly tasks, and adherence to safety rules. Candidates within 50 miles and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position; CPT/OPT/STEM OPT and other work authorization programs are not offered.
• Relocation benefits are not offered; candidates within a 50-mile radius will be considered.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.50 per hour. The hours for this shift are 6:30 am - 2:30 pm.

In This Function, You Will

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment.

Skills

• Must be able to walk/stand for an 8-hour shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to lift 44lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
