This role involves supervising a team, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with other departments to maintain efficient inventory control processes. In this function, you will: Cycle Count OperationsLead and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.Ensure accurate counting of inventory in designated locations.Publish and report cycle count results to management.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.Maintain labeling and organization of storage locations. Team LeadershipSupervise and guide cycle count team members.Assign tasks and monitor performance.Provide training and support to ensure consistency and accuracy.Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment. Inventory Accuracy & ReportingAnalyze material movements and discrepancies.Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to improve inventory systems.Ensure stockouts and shortages are verified and addressed.Maintain documentation for audits and compliance. Warehouse CoordinationCommunicate effectively with warehouse personnel.Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.Support physical inventory and random audits.Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or cycle counting.Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
