Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd Shift at our facility in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The role offers an hourly rate of $21.45 plus a $2.50 shift differential. The core hours are from 3 pm to 11 pm, with opportunities for overtime.

• Dispose of scrap materials to designated locations within the plant.

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Material Handler - Warehouse - 2nd Shift to join our team on Badger Dr. in Waukesha, WI!

The hourly rate for this position is $21.45 + $2.50 shift differential.

The core hours are 3 pm - 11 pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is offering a sign‑on bonus of $2,000*, paid in two installments, less applicable withholding.

Bonus terms:

• Bonuses are being offered for a limited time only. Applications must be submitted on or after January 1st, 2026 to qualify.
• Bonuses are only applicable to specific job types and shifts; additional terms and conditions may apply.
• Associates must be employed at the time of the payout.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver finished fabricated parts from fabrication area or the e‑coat lines to the shipping dock and fills out necessary paperwork.
• Load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound material.
• Complete shipment paperwork and SAP transactions for inbound and outbound material.
• Move pallets of in‑process work to where they are accessible to other customers.
• Keep department provided with pallets and disposed of unusable pallets.
• Put parts away in storage racks or floor locations.
• Dispose of scrap materials to designated scrap locations within the plant.
• Locate material with proper identification attached and turn receiving paperwork into office.
• Receive, locate, and ship parts daily to assure proper customer service commitments are maintained.
• Completed Other duties may be assigned as needed by a Team Lead or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of previous experience operating a forklift.
