Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking a Cycle Counter to support accurate inventory counts and on-time customer orders. The role shifts Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM, with overtime possible.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience operating Order Picker/Reach Truck/Dock Stocker, 6+ months in Inventory Control, and 6 months with a WMS (JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.). Company offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.
• A minimum of 6 months experience in Inventory Control including cycle count, reporting discrepancies, receiving inventory, monitoring levels.
• At least 6 months experience with a WMS or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.

Responsibilities

• Count and verify inventory for inbound and outbound freight.
• Ensure orders are accurate, labeled correctly, and meet customer specifications.
• Research inventory location problems and resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate shipping errors and complete validation; check recalls.
• Assist with lift truck duties when needed; support inbound/outbound processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

-Position: Cycle Counter

-Shift : (BHN) Wednesday-Saturday 5:00PM-3:30AM, Overtime may be avaiable

-Pay: $20.00 per hour + $1.00 Shift Differential on Wednesday-Thursday, $2.50 Shift Differential on Friday-Saturday

Role Purpose

Responsible for the periodic and accurate counting of inventory to help control errors and will ensure that customer orders are on time and complete

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for the accurate checking or counting of all product for both inbound and outbound freight and for ensuring all product is free of damage and infestation and production code dates are properly recorded.
• Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications and/or other requirements.
• Research all inventory location problems (mystery pallets, inventory errors, etc.).
• Research shipping errors and complete validation. Check for product recalls.
• Responsible for any areas (including inbounds, picking, outbounds, etc.) requiring additional lift operator-related task assistance.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• 6 months warehousing/material handling experience, preferred
