Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in New Albany, Ohio is seeking a Cycle Counter to join our warehouse team. The role emphasizes accurate cycle counting to ensure orders are on time and correct, with a 3pm–11pm shift and a $20.00 hourly pay plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years inventory experience preferred.
• Warehousing/material handling experience helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate cycle counts for inbound/outbound inventory.
• Verify product quantity, labeling, and lot information against system records.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and recalls.
• Support other inventory-related processes and lift operator tasks as needed.
• Ensure work areas are clean and safe and align with customer specs.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for the periodic and accurate counting of inventory to help control errors and will ensure that customer orders are on time and complete

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for the accurate checking or counting of all product for both inbound and outbound freight and for ensuring all product is free of damage and infestation and production code dates are properly recorded.
• Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications and/or other requirements.
• Research all inventory location problems (mystery pallets, inventory errors, etc.).
• Research shipping errors and complete validation. Check for product recalls.
• Responsible for any areas (including inbounds, picking, outbounds, etc.) requiring additional lift operator-related task assistance.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• 6 months warehousing/material handling experience, preferred
