Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accuracy of inbound and outbound orders and ensure inventory data is reflected in our warehouse system. The role supports cycle counts, reporting discrepancies, and data integrity across WMS.

Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months of warehousing/inventory experience, forklift certification, and familiarity with WMS systems such as SAP or Blue Yonder. On-site 2nd shift with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying inbound and outbound orders.
• Ensure inventory entries and adjustments are reflected in the warehouse management system.
• Maintain inventory records and perform daily inventory management procedures.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust the system as necessary.
• Adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing invoices and maintaining records.

Position: Inventory Control Clerk

Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:45pm - 4:15am

Pay: $20.50/hour plus $1.00/hour shift differential

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:

• REQUIRED: A MINIMUM of 1 years’ experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.
• REQUIRED: A MINIMUM of 6 months’ experience in Inventory Control to include: Cycle Count, reporting inventory discrepancies, receiving inventory, monitoring inventory levels.
• At least 6 month’s experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.

• Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
