Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Ohio is seeking a Cycle Counter to support accurate inventory counts and on-time order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires operating RF devices, driving a forklift, and conducting daily equipment checks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 2pm–10pm, with a $1 shift differential; paid hourly with benefits including medical, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Experience operating RF devices in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift operation experience required.
• Proficient in cycle counting and inventory accuracy.
• Warehouse/material handling background preferred.
• Attention to quality checks and proper product handling.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory on a periodic basis using RF equipment.
• Verify quantity, labeling, and order accuracy per specifications.
• Investigate inventory location issues (mystery pallets, errors).
• Research shipping errors and recalls; validate data.
• Assist with lift-operator tasks and inbound/outbound activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The core responsibilities of this role include: Will be cycle counting daily using an RF device. Must be able to driver OP and reach forklift. Additionally, the employee will conduct daily equipment inspections, assist with physical inventories, and perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Additional Incentives: $1.00 Shift Differential

Role Purpose:

Responsible for the periodic and accurate counting of inventory to help control errors and will ensure that customer orders are on time and complete

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the accurate checking or counting of all product for both inbound and outbound freight and for ensuring all product is free of damage and infestation and production code dates are properly recorded.
• Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications and/or other requirements.
• Research all inventory location problems (mystery pallets, inventory errors, etc.).
• Research shipping errors and complete validation. Check for product recalls.
• Responsible for any areas (including inbounds, picking, outbounds, etc.) requiring additional lift operator-related task assistance.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• 6 months warehousing/material handling experience, preferred
