Job summary

HemaSource is seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Inventory Associate to perform accurate inventory cycle counts and manage storage, shipping, and receiving of products.

You will operate pallet jacks and RF scanners, review materials in the WMS/ERP systems, and collaborate with a diverse team to maintain safety and productivity. A high school diploma is required; experience in cycle counting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college or other formal training preferred.
• Experience in cycle counting in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with WMS/ERP software and RF scanners.
• Commitment to safety, security, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Conducts accurate daily cycle counts of inventory.
• Receives, distributes, and stores products as directed in designated locations.
• Prepares and reviews records of materials received and shipped within the WMS system.
• Reviews shipments for quality and accuracy; checks accompanying documents.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Transport and load materials, supplies, and finished goods.
• Assists in solving work-related issues.
• Adhere to all company policies and maintain a clean workspace.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse team.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
