Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receipts with drayage provider and balance schedule to capacity.
• Coordinate labor with Stock Team Leader to balance pace of receipt with pace of put-away.
• Provide direct supervision for employees in assigned area and review receipt transactions for accuracy.
• Escalate flagged receipts through proper channels and participate in staffing decisions.
• Drive warehouse Lean initiatives and continuous improvement culture.
• Implement and support safety and 5S practices within the Receiving area.
