Job summary

Heatcraft Refrigeration Products is seeking a Cycle Count Supervisor to oversee the inventory control team and develop strategies to maintain optimal material and product levels. You will drive accuracy, investigate variances, and coordinate scrap recovery with production.

Ideal candidates have a 5+ year background in inventory and analytics, strong math and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 5 years related experience.
• Requires strong analytical skills, thorough knowledge of inventory processes and strong command over mathematics and statistical tools used in analysis process.
• Must be effective in prioritizing activities and addressing details.
• Must have strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Requires extensive knowledge of typical operations in manufacturing organizations and their dependency on the inventory.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to use MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred SAP transactional experience.
• Preferred Cycle Count experience.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $66,000-$87,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
