Job summary

Sigvaris is currently looking for a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team in Peachtree City, GA. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through daily cycle counting and ensures products are stocked in correct bins, racks or pallet locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of warehouse inventory experience.
• Experience in ecommerce distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements daily and weekly cycle counts.
• Investigates and reconciles inventory discrepancies.
• Adjust inventory records according to procedures.
• Reports on inventory issues to the Warehouse Manager.
• Audits Ecommerce inventory (non-scanned).
• Ensures B2B and intercompany shipments are properly labeled and shipped on time.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inventory errors.
• Fosters positive morale through open communication across departments.
• Interacts with customers and internal teams to maintain relationships.
• Demonstrates effective communication and keeps management informed.
