Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation is seeking professional instructors to deliver Cyberspace Operations training to Department of Defense personnel in Pensacola, FL. You will teach advanced programming concepts and participate in curriculum development for CO courses.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with at least two years in Cyberspace Operations; active TS/SCI with polygraph is preferred. Instructors will work in a secure government environment to train U.S. personnel.

ARSIEM is currently looking for professional instructors to deliver Cyberspace Operations (CO) training to Department of Defense personnel. The position will support one of our Government clients in Pensacola, FL.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as CO Instructor for Programming (intermediate or advanced level) by delivering highly technical training in a military training environment consisting of lectures, labs, exercises and other delivery methods
• Assist with developing CO training curriculum (lecture content, student/instructor guides, exams, exercises, simulations, etc.)

Candidates shall provide classroom instruction that teaches assigned students in the manner described in the course Program of Instruction.

Candidates shall conduct practical exercises in a laboratory environment, conduct student study hall periods and provide tutoring/remedial instruction for up to twenty students per class.

Minimum Qualifications

• All candidates must possess the ability to incorporate/impart technical knowledge into their training delivery.
• Assess student knowledge, skills and abilities to gauge student proficiency in topic area.
• Deliver instruction via interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning activities.
• Review and analyze training materials and recommend changes.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years of experience in Cyberspace Operations (CO).

Experience in CO is defined as experience in Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), and/or Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).

Required Advanced Knowledge

• Regular expressions
• C/C++ to include pointers, structures, and file access

Required Intermediate Knowledge

• Software Development Life Cycle methodologies
• Object-Oriented Programming methodologies
• Database and XML storage systems
• Network/Socket programming
• Command-line environment in both UNIX and Windows

Preferred Qualifications

• DoDD 8140.01/DoD 8570.01-M Level II certifications are desired, but not required.
• US Military instructor certification or designation is highly desirable (e.g., teaching certificate, certified professional instructor, master training specialist, adjunct faculty certification, etc.). Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration. The bonus for this position is $3,500.
