Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation seeks a Cyberspace Operations Instructor, Target Research/SIGINT Analysis, to deliver advanced CO training for a government client in Pensacola, FL. The instructor will conduct lectures, labs, and assessments in a military environment and help build curriculum and materials.

Requirements include a degree or equivalent CO experience, plus DoD instructor credentials preferred, with active TS/SCI and polygraph as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus two years of CO experience, or four years of CO experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience in Defensive or Offensive Cyberspace Operations.
• Experience in adult learning and delivering instruction to large classes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CO training via lectures, labs, exercises and other methods.
• Develop CO training curriculum and instructor guides, exams, and simulations.
• Instruct students per the Program of Instruction and provide tutoring/remedial instruction.

ARSIEM is looking for a Cyberspace Operations Instructor, Target Research/SIGINT Analysis, to deliver Cyberspace Operations (CO) training. The position will support one of our Government clients in Pensacola, FL.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as CO Instructor for Target Research/SIGINT Analysis by delivering highly technical training in a military environment consisting of lectures, labs, exercises and other delivery methods.
• Assist with developing CO training curriculum (lecture content, student/instructor guides, exams, exercises, simulations, etc.).
• Provide instruction that teaches assigned students as described in the course Program of Instruction.
• Conduct practical exercises in a laboratory environment, conduct student study hall periods and provide tutoring/remedial instruction for up to twenty students per class.
• Incorporate/impart technical knowledge into their training delivery.
• Assess student knowledge, skills and abilities to gauge student proficiency in the topic.
• Deliver instruction via interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning activities.
• Review and analyze training materials and recommend changes.
• DoDD 8140.01/DoD 8570.01-M Level II certifications are desired but not required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years of experience in Cyberspace Operations (CO).
• Experience in CO is defined as experience in Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) or Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).
• In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of experience in Cyberspace Operations (CO).
• Experience in adult learning with an emphasis on providing instruction to large classes.
• US Military instructor certification or designation is highly desirable (e.g., teaching certificate, certified professional instructor, master training specialist, adjunct faculty certification, etc.).
• Target analysis, mapping and target templating (Advanced Level)
• Current SIGINT databases
• Oversight and compliance (Advanced Level)
• Network Infrastructure (Advanced Level)
• Open-Source Research
• Encoding/Decoding (ex: Base64, Quoted-Printable, Uuencode)
• Steganography
• 5+ years of experience as a DNI/DNR analyst (TOPI/R&T included)
• Network+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is desired

Clearance Requirement

This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
