Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation seeks professional instructors to deliver Cyberspace Operations training to Department of Defense personnel in Pensacola, FL. The role includes classroom instruction, lab exercises, and development of training curriculum in a military setting.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with CO experience or 4+ years CO experience in lieu of degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to teach both synchronous and asynchronous sessions.

Qualifications

• Classroom instruction experience delivering Cyberspace Operations training to adult learners.
• Ability to develop CO training curriculum including lectures, labs, exercises and assessments.
• Ability to assess student knowledge and adapt delivery accordingly.
• Experience delivering both synchronous and asynchronous learning activities.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years CO experience, or 4+ years CO experience in lieu of degree.
• Active DoD clearance preferred (TS/SCI with polygraph) and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CO Instructor duties for Programming training in a military environment (lectures, labs, exercises).
• Assist in developing CO training curriculum and instructor guides, exams, and simulations.
