Job summary

Leidos Intelligence Sector seeks qualified Journeyman-level Offensive Cyberspace Operational Planners to support USCYBERCOM and CNMF on an on-site contract. You will engage in planning, develop integrated cyber effects, and coordinate with DOD and IC partners to protect national interests.

You will draft and staff plans, synchronize operations, and provide timely analysis and briefings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or relevant field.
• 4+ years CO Planner experience since 2018; waiver possible for Combat Mission Team.
• Familiarity with OCO concepts and Joint Publications.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training.
• Knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and CO infrastructure.
• Networking fundamentals knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage in approved plans development per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Develop and synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operational plans.
• Support targeting selection and integration during execution.
• Draft and staff OPLANs, OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Support Joint OPG/OPT and integrate cyber capabilities into plans.
• Develop concepts of support and courses of action; document comprehensive plans.
• Provide situational awareness across projects and current operations.
