Job summary

South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) seeks a Training Coordinator/Instructor for the SC Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity program. You will coordinate cyber exercises, handle communications with CLOs and task forces, and deliver public presentations on cybersecurity best practices.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, cybersecurity training, and 2+ years of professional experience with strong leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Relevant training and development experience.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in planning, risk management, or cybersecurity.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills; ability to relay cybersecurity concepts clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the CLO program and recruit onboarding for local government and critical infrastructure partners.
• Represent SLED at speaking engagements and meetings; facilitate monthly webinars on cyber topics.
• Collaborate with team and partners to create informational materials.
• Develop onboarding procedures and conduct onboarding calls with new members.
• Manage website content and SharePoint documentation; support SC CIC objectives.
• Perform special assignments as directed by the SC CIC Director/Deputy Director.
