Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions, LLC seeks a Cybersecurity Training Analyst to support DISA and DoD partners. This on-site role at Fort Meade, MD centers on developing training curricula, managing curricula, and planning exercises to keep cyber forces ready and compliant with DoD standards.

The position requires 4+ years in cybersecurity training, TS/SCI with CI poly, and IAT Level II certification, with a competitive salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cybersecurity training, workforce development, or military training programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for a CI polygraph.
• IAT Level II Certification (Security+, CySA+, CND, GSEC, SSCP, or GICSP).

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain cyber training curriculum, objectives, lesson materials, and evaluation standards for Joint Cyber Training.
• Provide research to define cyber training requirements, workforce development strategies, and readiness assessments.
• Support planning, execution, and assessment across the Joint Training System (JTS) and Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC).
• Maintain training databases, certification records, workforce metrics, and compliance reporting for DoD training requirements.
• Assist with cyber exercises, after-action reviews, and continuous process improvements to enhance readiness.

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Training Analyst to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and its mission partners across the DoD and Combatant Commands (COCOMs). This position is on-site at Fort Meade, MD. The Cybersecurity Training Analyst will support cyber workforce readiness initiatives through training development, curriculum management, and exercise planning while ensuring cyber defensive forces maintain mission-essential proficiency and compliance with DoD training standards. Join a mission-critical team dedicated to strengthening the readiness and effectiveness of the DoD cyber workforce.

Responsibilities for the Cybersecurity Training Analyst include:

• Develop, update, and maintain cyber training curriculum, performance objectives, lesson materials, and evaluation standards supporting Joint Cyber Training requirements.
• Provide research and analysis to define cyber training requirements, workforce development strategies, and readiness assessment initiatives supporting DCDC objectives.
• Support planning, execution, and assessment activities across the Joint Training System (JTS) and Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC).
• Maintain training databases, certification records, workforce improvement program metrics, and compliance reporting for DoD cybersecurity training requirements.
• Support cyber exercises, after-action reviews, and continuous process improvement efforts to enhance mission readiness and workforce effectiveness.

Required Qualifications for the Cybersecurity Training Analyst include:

• 4+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity training, workforce development, military training programs, or cyber operations environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Joint Training System (JTS), including Requirements, Plans, Execution, and Assessments phases.
• Experience with DRRS, JTIMS, and JLLIS, as well as familiarity with the Joint Planning Process (JOPP) and Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC).
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• IAT Level II Certification (Security+, CySA+, CND, GSEC, SSCP, or GICSP).

Compensation for the Cybersecurity Training Analyst include:

• Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000 depending on experience
• Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick Leave as required by law
