Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience with 5+ years in relevant roles.
• Experience with verification and validation and test procedures in complex systems.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; able to work with DoD environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and develop validation methods through tests and other means.
• Craft comprehensive test procedures and report results.
• Conduct verification and validation for corrective changes.
• Support formal and informal test events and customer-driven tests.
• Document defects and collaborate with engineering to resolve issues.
• Configure lab according to drawings and port maps and participate in meetings.
• Conduct and report tests to validate planned requirements.
• Install and troubleshoot IA software at testing sites as needed.
• Operate in a fast-paced, integrated development team with multiple contractors.
• Provide regular progress updates to management.
• Occasional travel for test events in labs and shipboard locations.
