Job summary

Thales Americas in Austin (Hybrid) is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Cybersecurity & Digital Identity group. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and senior roles, focusing on sourcing, assessment, and selection, and partnering with Hiring Managers to deliver top talent.

Applicants must have 5+ years in TA, 2+ years in-house, and strong LinkedIn Recruiter experience; multilingual skills and Workday/Phenom exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting in Software Engineering & Sales.
• 2+ years in-house corporate recruitment experience.
• 3+ years using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to influence at all levels and build relationships with executives and managers.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive action plans.

Responsibilities

• Own full Talent Acquisition lifecycle for assigned roles from requirements to onboarding.
• Sourcing, assessment and selection with a focus on speed, quality and cost of hire.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to align on market conditions.
• Influence external marketplace expectations and drive process improvements.
• Manage 15–25 unique roles concurrently, across technical and senior positions.
