• Interest in cybersecurity governance and compliance activities, including documenting processes, supporting risk assessments, tracking remediation actions, developing metrics, control monitoring, and assisting with compliance activities

Responsibilities

• Monitor & analyze events from various SOC intake sources (SIEM, ticketing system, email, chat, phone), conducting initial event discovery, triage, and response as per SOP, and apply modern threat landscape knowledge across multiple channels.
• Provide tier one operational & analysis support for technologies including SIEM, Firewalls, Endpoint, DLP, and Application Security.
• Monitor & analyze security dashboards and process corresponding events.
• Collaborate with teammates and other tech groups to resolve internal security issues per policy.
• Perform daily security technology administration tasks.
• Support governance and compliance activities, including risk assessments, metrics, and remediation follow-up.
