Job Description

Location: Remote, Wilmington, Delaware, as needed

We are seeking a Technical Subject Matter Expert to assist with documenting and developing Incident Response processes for two new companies. Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in formalizing and improving existing Incident Response procedures.
2. Supporting the development, updates, and transition of the Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan for the new companies.
3. Supporting the deployment of Cybereason Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) at the company’s direction, including:

• Staging the EDR deployment for non-critical endpoints.
• Assisting with change controls (firewall ports, sources, destinations, etc.).
• Testing the EDR deployment according to the company's test plan.
• Preparing for the rollout of EDR to high-value target systems.
• Collaborating with the IR team to incorporate EDR events into IR response processes.
