Job summary

State Street is seeking a strategic leader to partner across Global Cybersecurity Strategy & Operations to drive workforce planning, budget management, procurement lifecycle, and vendor governance. You will act as trusted advisor to senior leadership on resource, financial, and operational decisions in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities include leading annual budget planning, forecasting, spend tracking, contract renewals, and executive reporting; building dashboards with Power BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in workforce planning, financial management, procurement, operations, strategy, program management, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, organizational forecasting, budget management and headcount governance.
• Lead annual budget planning, financial forecasting, spend tracking, variance analysis, and executive-level budget reporting.
• Manage procurement lifecycle activities—intake, sourcing coordination, PO support, contract renewals, vendor spend governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Risk, and cybersecurity leadership.
• Develop dashboards that provide leadership with timely, actionable insights and decision support.
• Drive process optimization and automation using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Identify opportunities across FTE, contractor, consulting, vendor spend.
• Prepare executive materials and strategic recommendations for investment decisions.
