Job summary

State Street is seeking a strategic leader to partner across Global Cybersecurity Strategy & Operations to govern workforce planning, budget management, procurement lifecycle, and vendor governance, aligning resource decisions with business priorities.

You will develop executive dashboards and analytics using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, drive process transformation, and support confidential workforce, financial, and vendor decisions with disciplined governance.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in workforce planning, financial management, procurement, operations, strategy, program management, chief of staff, or related disciplines.
• Certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, procurement, finance, or cybersecurity-related) preferred; not required.
• Knowledge of WorkDay, Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Beeline, etc.

Responsibilities

• Partner to lead workforce planning, organizational forecasting, budget management and headcount governance across Global Cybersecurity.
• Partner to lead annual budget planning, financial forecasting, spend tracking, variance analysis, and executive reports.
• Manage procurement lifecycle activities: intake, sourcing coordination, PO support, contract renewals, vendor spend governance, supplier management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Risk, and cybersecurity leadership to align decisions with strategic priorities.
• Develop dashboards providing leadership with timely insights and decision support.
• Drive process optimization and automation using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and enterprise workflow solutions.
• Identify optimization opportunities across FTE, contractor, consulting, vendor, and spend categories.
• Prepare executive materials and strategic recommendations to support investments and planning.
