Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior leader to partner across Global Cybersecurity Strategy & Operations to manage workforce planning, budgeting, procurement lifecycle, vendor governance, and process transformation.

You will deliver executive-ready materials, dashboards, and strategic recommendations, aligning resources with priorities while guiding cross-functional teams through complex, regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in workforce planning, financial management, procurement, or related fields.
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile preferred.
• Knowledge of WorkDay, Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, ServiceNow; Beeline is a plus.
• Experience in cybersecurity or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, forecasting, budgeting, and headcount governance across Global Cybersecurity.
• Oversee annual budget planning, forecasting, spend tracking, variance analysis, and exec reporting.
• Manage procurement lifecycle; sourcing, POs, renewals, and supplier governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Risk, and cybersecurity leadership on resource decisions.
• Develop dashboards for leadership with timely insights and decision support.
• Drive process optimization and automation using Power Platform and other tools.
• Identify optimization opportunities across FTE, contractor, and vendor spend.
• Prepare executive materials and strategic recommendations to support investments.
