Job summary

State Street seeks a seasoned leader to partner across Global Cybersecurity to drive workforce planning, budgeting, and procurement governance. You will mentor senior leadership with resource, financial, and operational decisions, and transform processes through data-driven insights.

The role focuses on delivering dashboards, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined governance in a highly regulated financial services environment. Proven strategic and analytical capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 10+ years in workforce planning, financial management, procurement, operations, strategy, program management or related disciplines
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, procurement, finance, or cybersecurity-related certifications preferred; not required
• Knowledge of WorkDay, Power BI, advanced Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Beeline budget/procurement platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, forecasting, budget management and headcount governance across Global Cybersecurity.
• Lead annual budget planning, financial forecasting, spend tracking, variance analysis, and executive-level budget reporting.
• Oversee procurement lifecycle activities: intake, sourcing, PO support, renewals, vendor spend governance, supplier management.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Risk, and cybersecurity leadership to align resource, budget, and vendor decisions with priorities.
• Develop dashboards delivering timely, actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
• Drive process optimization and automation using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and other enterprise tools.
• Identify optimization opportunities across FTE, contractor, consulting, vendor, and spend categories.
• Prepare executive materials and strategic recommendations to support investments and planning
