Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 10+ years in workforce planning, financial management, procurement, operations, strategy, program management, chief of staff, or related disciplines
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, procurement, finance, or cybersecurity-related certifications preferred; not required

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, forecasting, budget management and headcount governance for Global Cybersecurity.
• Lead annual budget planning, financial forecasting, spend tracking, variance analysis, and executive budget reporting.
• Manage procurement lifecycle: intake, sourcing, PO support, contract renewals, vendor spend governance, supplier management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Risk, and cybersecurity leadership on resource, budget, and vendor decisions.
• Develop dashboards for leadership with timely insights and decision support.
• Drive process optimization and automation using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and other enterprise workflow tools.
• Identify optimization opportunities across FTE, contractor, consulting, vendor, and spend categories.
• Prepare executive materials and strategic recommendations to support investments and planning.
• Support time-sensitive leadership requests and confidential workforce/financial/vendor matters.
